Breaking Free: Healing After a Toxic or Controlling Relationship

An 8-Week Group for Women Ready to Reclaim Themselves

This group is for women who have left a relationship where they felt small, controlled, unseen, or chronically blamed.

Whether you called it toxic, manipulative, emotionally abusive, or simply not healthy, the impact runs deep.

Leaving was only the first step.

The relationship may be over, but the effects are still living in your mind and body.

You Might Recognize Yourself If You:

  • Doubt yourself constantly, even when you know the truth.
  • Feel triggered by small things that remind you of your ex.
  • Wonder if you’ll ever trust again — in love, or in yourself.
  • Still think about what happened more than you’d like.
  • Feel like part of you is missing.

You’re not broken. You’ve been through an experience that rewired your nervous system, eroded your self-trust, and trained you to survive instead of thrive.

This group is your chance to unwind those patterns in a safe, supportive space with women who understand.

From Surviving to Thriving

Breaking Free is an 8-week healing journey to:

  • Rebuild trust in yourself.
  • Release lingering shame, guilt, and people-pleasing habits.
  • Untangle trauma bonding from love.
  • Restore a grounded sense of confidence and wholeness.
  • Discover the roots of your patterns — and tools to change them for good.

Why This Group Exists

Ending a toxic or narcissistic relationship is not the end of the story — it’s the beginning of a powerful chapter of healing.

Many women tell me:

“I thought once I left, I’d feel free. But I still don’t feel like myself.”

That’s because these relationships often leave behind:

  • Erosion of self-trust
  • Lingering shame or guilt
  • Nervous system burnout
  • Habits of people-pleasing or over-adapting
  • A sense of being “hooked” by what-ifs or memories

This group helps you break those ties — not only to your ex, but to the survival patterns that kept you small.

Who This Is For

This program is for women who are no longer actively in a toxic or narcissistic relationship — whether you left last week, last month, or years ago — and are ready to focus on themselves.

It’s for you if:

  • You’ve ended the relationship and want to reclaim your sense of self.
  • You’re done trying to change or fix the other person and are ready to redirect that energy into healing.
  • You want to understand the patterns that pulled you in — so you never repeat them again.
  • You’re looking for tools, community, and weekly structure to rebuild confidence, boundaries, and self-worth.

⚠️ Note: If you are still actively in the relationship or unsure about leaving, this group is not the right fit yet. That stage requires a different kind of support.
