Ending a toxic or narcissistic relationship is not the end of the story — it’s the beginning of a powerful chapter of healing.

Many women tell me: “I thought once I left, I’d feel free. But I still don’t feel like myself.”

That’s because these relationships often leave behind:

  • Erosion of self-trust
  • Lingering shame or guilt
  • Nervous system burnout
  • Habits of people-pleasing or over-adapting
  • A sense of being “hooked” by what-ifs or memories

This group helps you break those ties — not only to your ex, but to the survival patterns that kept you small.

Who This Group Is For

This program is for women who are no longer in a toxic or narcissistic relationship — whether you left last week, last month, or years ago — and are ready to focus on yourself. It’s designed for those who have felt small, controlled, unseen, or chronically blamed. Whether you called it toxic, manipulative, emotionally abusive, or simply not healthy, the impact runs deep. Leaving was only the first step — the relationship may be over, but the effects can still live in your mind and body.

Breaking Free is an 8-week healing journey to:

  • Rebuild trust in yourself.
  • Release lingering shame, guilt, and people-pleasing habits.
  • Untangle trauma bonding from love.
  • Restore a grounded sense of confidence and wholeness.
  • Discover the roots of your patterns — and tools to change them for good.

The 8-Week Healing Framework

Week 1: Trusting Yourself – Reconnect with your inner guidance and body’s wisdom.

Week 2: Your Empowering Narrative – Reframe your story into one that’s true and freeing.

Week 3: Your Authentic Self – Rediscover the parts of you that were pushed aside.

Week 4: Your Definition of Love – Untangle love from pain, manipulation, or betrayal.

Week 5: Your Self-Perception – Shift false beliefs of being inadequate or inferior.

Week 6: Putting Yourself First – Release over-accommodating and reclaim your needs.

Week 7: Setting Boundaries – Learn to set, hold, and honor boundaries without guilt.

Week 8: Your Inner Child – Reconnect with and nurture your most tender self.
